4029 4039 does not work on Connect 3

Good afternoon, I am testing the new version of Connect 3 R030_054_001 and the phones 4039 and 4029 do not start. In the table of compatibilities it says that it is compatible. Anyone else has happened?

Hello Euti,

That depends on your OXO license.

If it is a new one (no migration from earlier release), then Alcatel doesn't allows you anymore, to connect the old phones.

There is a phone support policy document in BPWS.
