Hi,

I've followed all the steps as indicated above but still no luck

The log file NMCSynchLdapPbx_x.log does not exist to confirm synchronization, only NMCSynchLdapPbx_1 and NMCSynchLdapPbx_2

Any help would be appreciated

i dont see "SynchLdapPbx" in service tab
