Can anyone know about A4740 call accounting software

Q1. Can anyone know about 4740 call accounting software, for my 4400Omni pcx im using this software because that's the liciense from alcatel package, now my problem is when i make a generate of report the error appairs is.

Error 1.
Account1
An error occurred in your program. To keep working anyway Click Ignore and save your work in a new file. To quit this program Click close. you will lose information you entered since your last Save.

Q2. i click the close button the error affair,

Error 2.
This program has performe an ilegal operation and will be shutdown
if the problem persist contact the program vendor,


When i clink ignore for how many time the report was display.


If you have same problem help me because that' my long time problem also....
