4760 i Tool Import and Export Fail

If using the 4760 i Tool to OXE with since a few days is it not possible to open in kontext the Import or export Window:
Of y try to open it the whole tool crashes.

Java and the Tool itself i have uninstalled, and installe fresh new, but that does not fix the problem.
All other points are wokring well as they are : Filter , create, and delete anything. only if there shoudl be the new windows to select the import/export location the tool crashes.

Has anybody an Idea ??

OS is windows 7 / 64 bit, everything was fine working until last week ! ( i have tryed to open an older version of 4760i tool to connect to an older system than R 8.)
