Formula with % unanswered calls

Hi All,

4760 R5.2

I am trying to create a simple formula that shows the % of unanswered incoming calls.

I have added in the report:

User nr
Name
Unanswered call
No of calls

From my point of view the formula should look like: Unanswered calls*100/No of calls

It just does not work. It only calculates Unanswered calls*100. I am sure I got the syntax wrong somehow. Have tried other combinations with no luck.

I think you forgot the brackets... (calls*100)/No of calls
