Report to determine inactive handsets

Post by hefty_merv »

Hey Everyone,

Love working with the system.... Is there a way to create a report that runs once a month that will querry the amount of calls made to and from a handset to determine if its being used or not.

Maybe something like

Number | calls made over a month | calls recieved over a month

I am trying to find handsets that are plugged in and not being used as we are running out.

Thanks.
Merv...

You mean out of the box in this exact format? Not really. You can configure one though.
Another question for you is: internal and external calls?
If you need internal calls listed you need the local calls accounting license on Omnivista.

Thanks for the reply, pretty sure we do have the accounting license. Trying to work out if its the correct one though.

Would be for both internal an external, as I need to know when the phone number was used last.

PAST TIME PERFORMANCE "trafic module" in the nms is your freind be sure that you ve the required licences on both systems oxe and nms , check after the synch NMS<-OXE you have some pulled files in .pmm format
btw if you have the trafic module in nms there're some predfined reports that you can take as model to create the needed report
