Alcatel OmniPCX 4400 and Alcatel 4035 Phone

i have alcatel omnipcx 4400 telephone switchboard and 4035 desk phone. when internal telephone call me i see its caller ID and phone number. After talking when i press history call button, i see caller ID and phone number on my phone display. But when i have missed call, i press history call button and i see caller ID but i dont see phone number on my phone display. i dont know what is the problem. i use Omnivista 4760 for management. Can you help me? Thanks for your help.
