Accounting With OXE

Post by harogie1 »

Hi guys!

Please I need your urgent input: My omnivista 4760 does not get any tickets from the OXE to which it is connected to.

I get this message, "You've entered a past time". What could that mean? :(

Thanks.

Harry

1) OXE is not ALU DATA equipment -- wrong place :D
2) "past time" means that for some reason, you have time related problems like difference between OXE and OmniVista, try to use same time server for both OmniVista AND the OXE, after that, make a few calls, and then "synchronize".
3) do you have a license for accounting in OV (just checking)?
Please note that at no time I will provide you with OXE/4400 nor AOS releases.
Note that it's our private time, that we spent to help you, so please don't expect complete solution for your problem.
You will need to do homework by your self.
