Hi Zero,

Thanks for the support.
Issue resolved as per Mr.corwin way i.e. "select system tab, right click on NMC entry and launch the sycnhronization
synchronization will be global since done at NMC level then relaunch 4760 client to gain full access to all module" but this will not be a permanent fix as per him. So, can anyone please help me for permanent fix?

Hi
I got the same problem, remember to chek the date on the server.
In my case, the server has wrong date.
I changed to the right date, restartet and everything was working fine.
