Error when managing CCD agents in Omnivista

Hi,

I have tried changing agent's processing group and I end up with the following:
Agent is set as available on a processing group (but without a logging station or PG number) and in operator's settings status is logged-off.
Now I cannot delete or modify both agent or phone set I get a messages:
> Delete \A4400\Users::11563
Set unavaible or operator in a bad state

> Set or Change \A4400\Users::11563
Agent/Supervisor : allocation on eqt not allowed


Can anyone help?

Agent must be logged off. You then delete the attachment to the existing processing group and create the attachment to the new processing group.

This is very simple if you use CCS instead of 4760.

Hi,
thanks for an answer. Problem was: I could not log off an agent anyhow... I tried using CCS but without any success. A restart of cpl helped in the way that I could delete agent and configure it again. So the problem is solved :)
