Hi all
Context:
an OmniPCX Office is managed by 4760 server with following parameters in "data
collection":
- Accounting process: Detialed accounting
- Record (Ticket) Collection: Accounting

Synchronization to this PCX runs properly:
accounting tickets are not downloaded into 4760 database.
However in scheduler synchronization report, we get the following warning:
"Accounting ticket loading is not supported by the PCX, or no accounting ticket
exists in the PBX"

what is problem? and what have I to do?

Hi

First of all you must activate external accounting on your pbx.
Go to metering /counting and enable "external metering activation IP" .
You must set a node number in the same window.
Make some calls and then try to syncronize again
