Operator Action Command - without using MGR

Hi,

Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section, just did it here cause we have a Genesys Call Center solution and Alcatel OXE ....

I need sometimes to manually change my test login status in mgr by using the "Cancel Withdrawal" option in the operators->action menu.



I'm trying to build a php script to do this change but I'm getting stuck when I'm going to type the Directory Number since my script has to put the cursor 6 lines below and I don´t know how to send a "down arrow" command.

Is it possible to do this by a single line command without using mgr?
