PROBLEMS WITH CONFIGUNG RONA

good Morning,

I have a one problem, where an agent does not answer the call is just missing.

Currently we Genesys as call processing software and Alcatel Lucent PBX is. I need to set the path overflow unit if the external number to which the call is diverted not answer. Is it possible? Where should you configure?

The SIP server I think you can set the RONA so that if the destination does not answer the call overflows, how is it done? What are the parameters that control the overflow?

Check Tserver options Agent overflow and agent no answer actions
