When working with multiple agent IDs is there any way to define like a master agent ID --> that is define some kind of automatic forward from the main agent ID to the one with which the agent is actually logged in?

Guess not... That will depend from PBX to PBX, remember that using emulated agents PBX has no clue on that agent, URS just tells TServer that PBX should route the call to the DN where the agent associated.
So maybe you may wanna try creating the agent logins with same DN number as their extensions?

Yes, however this would not work in homogeneous networks....I mean it works but in the other nodes the agent logs in emulated mode if the acd set is not actually created, however the problem stays the same from switch routing wise perspective..
Is there a way to customize the login/logout actions? I mean login and do smth else/log out and do something else?

Jummm well yes you can do some code development on IWS or WDE so it adjusts your needs but by no way under some configuration parameter

Probably it would not be so difficult to do an action dial after login in WDE, however this would not solve whe logging in from other interface (in our case SAP - GPlus..). I was hoping for something as a T-Server custom action....

Nope...your scenario is quite unique buddy and is not TServer fault but mainly CfgServer one actually.
Need to do the lab and see myself ;) will try to do this week

Unique? Homogeneous ABCF and free seating? Emulated agents and acd agents? Agent number unique across nodes switch wise?
For me this looks quite basic and I am very surprised not to find already developed concepts for it...

I really appreciate your help.

P.S.: One thing that I have noticed: While agent is logged in another node (in emulated mode - same agent ID creted in the other node with no real acd position on switch side) and his main agent number (agent ID) is called (while of course in out of service state on PBX side) the call is signaled as Unidentified in WDS.
Bug or feature? Misconfiguration?

About PS would need TServer logs as that would be ISCC tasks probably or how the ANI is sent.
