Hi,
we have the following problem:
- GVP connected via SIP-Trunk to an OXE with RSI-Callcenter (Genesys)
- Incoming calls via ISDN-T2-Trunk to the IVR-Part of GVP (via RSI)
- After that the GVP connects the caller to an agent
- Agent can answer the call and talk to the caller
- Now the problems begin
- The agent set is switching automatically to DTMF-Dialing after the call is answered
- Phonebook-access isn't working (now reaction of the set at all if you type something on the keyboard)
- Business-Code and speed-dialing doesn't work (you can put the call on hold and dial the prefixes but then you get "feature rejected")
The system was at the installation time a R10.1.1 and so the alcatel-support told us that we have to upgrade to R11.1 as there is a bug in 10.1.1 and as 10.1.1 is out of phase they can't help us. Last weekend we did the upgrade but the behavior is still the same and the support isn't a real help at all.

Turn off off Auto DTMF in the ISDN incoming trunk group.
Does the issue happen if you dial directly to someone?? or is it only via the GVP?

Hi,
in fact it was the Auto DTMF dialing of the default SIP-Trunk-Group. Now the enquiry call and transfer works but if the agent comes back to the caller we have no audio between agent and caller. Any ideas? The support team now says the GVP doesn't handle the transfer correct.

Logs from a wireshark will help a better understanding. I have that scenario and works fine

thank you very much for your help but in the meantime the ALU support resolved the problem. We deactivated the enhanced codec negotiation. System=>Other System Parameters=>SIP Parameters
