Emulated routing point conference and two step transfer
As woraround for viewtopic.php?f=275&t=26487 I am trying to route using emulated routing points (hunt groups with Ghost-Z extensions - configured as per T-Server 8.1 doc page 164) instead of RSI.
Calls are reaching Ready/Not Ready agents no problem.
The new problem: any consultation call from WDE and call towards an internal agent target results in one step transfer. No conference or two step transfer possible.
I have tried different values for supervised-route, supervised-route-timeout, auto-tranfer-to-route, route-handover-timeout. All resulted in the above behaviour.
Any way to achieve two step transfer and conference?

URS and TServer logs may help, but why don't u use standard RSI objects?

Re: Emulated routing point conference and two step transfer
Because I have the other problem using TRoute with RSI ))
And TRoute is used because we want to use restriction on objects for WDE login (so that on WDE the user can login only on specific extensions), and in parallel not restrict the possibility of the users to call each other using internal targets in Team Communicator
--> Genesys never thought of implementing different access rights or roles for login and for calling internal targets from team Communicator (read right on the extension needed for both)/place groups are also designed only for dynamic login scenarios

Actually... You can see objects only to those you have permissions to. So, in theory you can control that by Access Groups. have done that before on GAD.

Not necessarily ---> access to person and acd position (acd set)/extension (proacd)
Agent logged in in substitution mode --> in order to be able to dial (selecting the internal target) another agent logged in in substitution mode read mode for extension (proacd) is needed also (depending on use_agentid value)
