Hi All,

Is anyone know how to enable or disable screen pop pop on GAD client.
currently screen pop pop is disable, and want to enable it.

?? What do you mean by that? In GAD when a call arrives to your monitored extension it will show the details of that call

Again, there is no way to disable it naturally in GAD. Are you sure you are monitoring the extension? If you go to the Menu and select Place Status option, what do you get?
