Pb to delete a segment

Hello,
Here is my pb, on the one segment in the "waiting" onglet, I do not know how a 2nd line is created with the fields empty but the line "Last" is well informed

And I want to delete this segment because I no longer need it now. I can't delete it and I have the following message:
"level of expectation empty line '1 'can not apply changes"

Also, when I try to learn the blank line, I the following message:
"Error modifying objects.
Check the attributes. "

If someone has already encountered this pb, can you tell me the resolution.

we are on R9 (3.0.304.C)

Voila mon souci, sur un segment et dans l'onglet "attente", je ne sais comment une 2° ligne est crée avec les champs vide. A savoir la ligne "Dernier" est bien renseignée

Et je veux supprimer ce segment car je n'en ai plus besoin maintenant. il m'est impossible de le supprimer et j'ai le message suivant:
"niveau d'attente vide à la ligne '1' impossible d'appliquer les modifications"

De plus, quand je cherche à renseigner la ligne vide, j'ai le message suivant:
"Erreur lors de la modification d'objets.
Vérifiez les attributs."

Si quelqu'un a déjà rencontré ce pb, pouvez vous me dire la résolution. Je pense qu'il faut fouiller dans les tables mais lequel?

what happens if you try to create a new line and apply it?
So you will have...

If it lets you create th new line, then try and delete lines 1 & 2 and see what happens.

I think you might have to use the CME tool to modify the object

No. It is even not indicated to use it if you want to still receive support from Alcatel --> at least this is stated in their FAQ document regarding GCE/Premium product.

you must 'know' how to use that tool and I am sure it will help you to delete the problem segment. However, we do not suggest you to use it without permission from ALU for your customer. On that basis... you will receive no further help for use of CME tool on Premium/GCE on this public forum. Sorry to say that but rules are rules - ... and on Unleashed we will only break them if we are protected better than wearing 10 Durex!

So finally, we didn't used it. adtoto is my telecom enginer, and we are final user, not customers !. Old unused segment are still in the database, and we do not try to delete one, as each time, it broke our OTCCPE....

We need to upgrade, but it cost a lot to much.
