Historical reporting guide / document

Hi,

I'm looking for reports specifically showing; To, from, subject, dates/times, which queue the email arrived in, who dealt with email, the time it took to respond, if it was passed to another queue, etc..

Is there a document/guide covering the standard historical reports that are available in GCE?

No, that is ICON/INFOMART a non default software. You should ask your Genesys/ALU representative a quote for it.
Another option is you to explode the UCS DB
