VisualIVR doesn´t play voice guide

Good Morning to all GCE Experts,

I installed several Visual IVR in the past in different ways. Now I have a problem to get an IAA to work.

I programmed a VisualIVR Script (see Screenshots) and attached it to a VisualIVR Group. Than I created the service, segment, queue an connected them.
But when I call the service, I can hear the voice guide (804) for about 0,5 seconds and then the call will be disconnected.
The voice guide works fine with tone test and as a announcement in another service and in a waiting queue.
