agent report per service/segment

Hi,

Is it me or am I right in saying that we cannot run this report on GCE? It is available in CCS with CCD Standard.

Basically, customer has an agent who takes calls from 2 services. They want to run a report that will show how many calls were answered by the agent from each Service.

Hehe well in theory you should be able but not by default. Not even on Genesys will be default as a little thing called restrospective stats exist. You basically need to create filters for your agent reports
