CCD Agent - auto-answer and tone

Hi Guys,

I went through the forum, trying to set a proper configuration but couldn't manage to solve my issue.
I am using CCD Agents. Calls are delivered using RSI (Genesys) but agents login in PG.
I administrated on agents sets the headset key.
Agent are auto-answering the calls the problem is that they don't get any notification when calls arrive.
I see that some of you managed to let agents know that a call arrives by delivering a beep in the headset.

Can you please give any advice on how to do it on my side ?

Nobody has managed a Beep (call notification) when agents are in auto-anwser ?

After checking does anyone have implemented a call notification using interphony timer ?
Any advice ? or feedback ?
