To see missed calls and to ease an agents life, we decided to install CTI phones with journal. Now they are able to see every incoming call, even if the caller quits.

IT is not correct, with accounting APP you can differenciate the calls abandoned in presentation guide or vg waiting to the call answered by agents.

I have request you several times a trial version and more info for you app but never had response.
At the end at least I can see a picture, its good.
I attach and example with a popup sent to one PC in real time with abandoned call in a Pilot of ACD and accounting app.
