OmniTouch 4625 CCivr Discontinuity

Dears All,

Can anyone provide me with the below to information about this version of ccivr:

1) The date on which "OmniTouch 4625 CCivr" moved to status "Discontinued Availability" ?
2) What is the next version of CCIVR provided from Alcatel for the users of "OmniTouch 4625 CCivr" ?

As far as I know, no discontinuity planned today

OTCS (OpenTouch Customer Service) will be used in place of 4625 CCivr.

Hello , I have some experience working with OTCS IVR (about 2 months) and I want to say that is not so poor how you say.

Using script developer provide more flexibility and is much easy to use it . when with ccivr it so anointing to built all these blocks .. voice stream , database stream ......


All what is possible in ccivr also is possible in OTCS and + .

2 Big (minus) :
1. IS not so stable as ccivr , if something is going bad in otcs (like one core process ) all services are stopped
2. I hate reporting form in OTCS ( csv, xls....) no possibilities to connect directly to Database and extract data....

So, not stable and poor reporting... Sound poor and awful for an enterprise product supposed to support big call centers ;)
