CCS Report - Trunk Group Activity

Hi,
Does anyone have any information around the descriptions in the Trunk Group Acitivity report that is available in CC Supervisor.
I need to an understanding of how the Busy Rate on ACD Calls is calculated.

Any info on this report would be appreciated.
