issues with cca

Hi

i´ve installed cca for the first time. The customer uses 2 cca nomadic, which are working normaly fine.

Now the customer is facing a strange issue when he logs on and there are calls in the queue.

Normally you click logon, and then you get the window where you have to set the external number for the nomadic.
This window has a timeout (60 sec by default), and after that you are logged in and in withdrawal.

If there are calls in the queue the agent gets a call right after logon, within the window for the external number. If you insert the number the cca looks very strange and the only way is to logoff the agent through ccs.

you must set withdraw at logon (unavailable after logging on) in the processing group too, if nomadic cca agents present. it's described in the docs.

have you had the situation when the cca server and the client looses the connection, the agent stays available?
