CCS: set rules about withdrawal per PG

We are using CCS version 10.02.92.00 and we would like to add some rules on the configuration of some PGs, regarding withdrawal.

For example, we would like to
- set the maximum number of agents who are allowed to be withdrew at any moment, depending on the agents logged in the PG at the specific moment
- set specific time periods when withdrawal is not permitted at all (e.g. 13.00-14.00 every day)
etc

Would it be possible?
