CCS / OMNITOUCH CONTACT CENTER STANDARD EDITION

Hi,

I have a simple question (may be a stupid question )...
Anynone knows where are stored the administrator and different supervisor CCS account ? (which directory ...)
Is it different when we used a CCS server ?

The passwords are stored within a file in the OXE (PBX), as well as the Supervisor rights, views, Calendar, Special days. None of this is stored on CCS PC or CCS Server.

CCS Server is really only a gateway that allows you to run more than 15 CCS clients at one time because the PBX is limited in the number of CSTA sessions it can run.
