Trouble with an ACR Call Transfer to a blocked Pilot

Post by itadmin »

Hello all,

I am currently dealing with a redirect/blocking call issue which I am hoping someone on the forum is able to assist with.

The problem arises when an ACR script is used to route a call to a Pilot of a secondary node which is blocked, the call will be dropped; even though the blocked Pilot has a Blocked Directory Number. In other words the call never follows the Forward Direction of the blocked Pilot. This issue occurs on both internal and external numbers which have been entered into the Pilot configuration.

Could this be caused by a limitation with our "ACR Networking" license?

I have attempted to use a virtual UA and a Statistic Pilot which forwards the call to the blocked Pilot, however this has not resolved the issue.

I would greatly appreciate some assistance in this matter. Thank you in advance.

just a blind shot: is autocut for blocking set to true in the destination pilot?

can you share aditional information of the configuration (acr script and screenshot from callflow in both node).

regards...

Hi, thank you for answering. Autocut is set to false.
I need time to get information together.
As soon I have some, I´ll send it. Thank you.
