SoftPanel Server. No Daily Statistics available in SoftPanel Manager

Good Morning,

I use SoftPanel Server 5.0.1 for Standard Edition and want to configurate Pilot daily statistics to a widget.
When I choose "Real Time Data" and Statistics in the SoftPanel Manager I only see realtime data fields.
I want to see the values discribed at page 90 of the SoftPanel Manager Documentation, for example "Pilot_xxx_daily_served_calls".
I modified the RTI Connector data filters Filter values, but there is no affect at all.
afe.properties file is modified as described in the docomentation.

Any ideas??

Did you restart the soft panel manager after modifying the afe.properties ?
Can you post your afe.properties ?

Definitly daily stats are configured using afe.properties, and retreived every 20 mn, to if your oxe ip address is 191.254.1.2, and you can ping it from the soft panel manager server it should work. Any exceptions in the soft panel manager log files ?
RTIconnector.ini is only for realtime statistics.

I checked every value in afe.properties and restarted the soft panel manager. Now everything works fine. I can insert the S1_x Statistic values.

We are using SoftPanel 5.5 but not getting daily stats. Can someone please help with the error we see in the log file below? We can ping the server ok.

any firewall between ? router with some ACL?

I have the same exact issue. Soft panel manager is running smooth, but I have a problem with the Daily statistics.
As seen from the .afe logs error caused is java.lang.Exception : server connection error.
Using <netstat -a> on soft panel server shows TCP port connection established.
Firewall is disabled and direct connection to OXE is currently being used.

Any ideas of what the issue might be? Is a particular java plugin needed for daily statistics to show?
