Soft panel CCD agent widget

Hi

I have softpanel connected to CCD , I need to change the color of the agent widgets status so it matches the color in CCS. The doc says it should use the same color as CCS , but it looks like it is only showing the CCS default color. does anyone know how to change the status colors so the soft panel shows the same colors as CCS

have the default colours been changed in the CCS? if so, did you restart the rti jobby in the SoftPanel server afterwards?

I changed the coulours in the ccs icon config (press the little arrow in PG real time window) , restarted rti and softpanel services and even rebooted the server when that didn't work. Is there another place to change the default colors maybe ccs.ini?

the colour change thing might not be cross-compat! eSR time???

my eSR resolving time is 13 months... one thing that i've discovered is - the RTIconnector is not very well developed, it needed to put there some quick-hacks to work proper... even add some pg, change name of some queues, delete some pilots, and wait for softpanel hang....

What about when using GCE? we change the colors in Visualcc but softpanel still shows default colors

well reading all this - I wold say that the SP is not 'completely' integrated with the host solutions (CCD Std or Premium/GCE). Be grateful you can at least get stats on a big television screen
