AgentWidget Color

Hi All,

I have been searching this forum for a way to change the status colors of the AgentWidget. Haven't really found the answer yet.

So, does anyone have had any success with change the status color of the AgentWidget? (Not the bagground color)

Hi,

To change the color status of the agents you have to edit the follow file:
‘C:\SoftPanelServer\tomcat\webapps\wbm\js\view\agentwidgetpremiumdisplay.js’

There's a section starting with 'function AgentWidgetDisplay() {'. The colors defined in this section represent the agent state colors.

After changing you need to restart the SoftPanel service.

Forgot to say it was on a CCD standard call center. So I just picked the file associated to CCD standard.
