How to change the default admin password on SoftPanel Stand

Hello Folks
I have installed Softpanel Manager release 5.12 for a customer having OTCC Standard edition on OXE R10.1.1

I would like to change the default admin password which is "admin".
By looking in the graphical menu and in the configuration file, I do not see such option to modify the admin password.
Question: how to change that default password?
