upload wav file to SoftPanel

Hi All,

Could someone tell me what should be the wav file format to upload new files to the Soft Panel alarm option? I tried many formats but nothing actually were uploaded and been played.

I have no clue but what I'd do is to grab an existing one and just see its format and properties. Then copy them and apply to new files.

I tried to but I don't find the way to download the file. There is only "upload" new file.
I also searched for the "Audio" files on the server but without luck. Even on the SoftPanel doc's, there are nothing on that.
