Softpanel Server and CCS Daily Stats

Hello Unleashed Users

We run an Softpanel Server 5.12.8.0 with RTI Connector, and cululative Stats in Softpanel using the afe-properties file.
On the same Server CCS 10.5.92.0 CCS is installed, in ccs.ini the startup connection is enabeled, as written in SoftPanel Guide.
SoftPanel is working well, every requested feature is performed.

Problem on customersite and in lab is:
Installed MS Office 2010 Excel
In the CCS the daily / weekls / monthly statistics are never perfomed.
The CCS crash an his connection to OXE CPU Main is lost !
So we never get an excel statistic.
If perfomed this stats at an other PC every thing works fine.

We have had this feature working over years until we have to update CCS SW related to OXE SW update.

Is there anybody facing the same malfunktion and having an soultion.

the answer is in the softpanel manager documentation (here rel. 6.3)

When CCS and RTI Connector are installed on the same physical server, the CSS must be dedicated to the RTI Connector. 

You must not start the CSS manually if the RTI Connector is running.
