soft panel different background size in different LCD

hello everybody
I have an issue in soft panel 5.5.1 . I Uploaded a new background picture,when I open my panel in different LCD size the background do not fixed to LCD and in some size I just see half of the back ground pics.
can anyone guide me to solved this issue?
