RTI developer is on the run, or to be more precise he is being movement from one place to another place, expect this update after end of week 25/26 IIRC.

Wow.. I am soooo late on this topic.
I just looked at it and realized no links are working like you guys said.
I will try to track down the guys who take care of the softpanel, and see if there is any new link I can get.
