Deactivate Message Indicator

Hi!

We have some users, which get very many calls, even if they're not at their desk.
So the message indicator light is flashing almost all the time.
They would like to switch it off, either in general or at least if they just pushed the key and exited the list (without having to delete all the calls).

Is it possible and if it is, how can one do that?

Welcome to Alcatel Unleashed! I ask that you please use the search function on this forum, this has been answered before.

This is possible, under each user you have settings for ISDN User, there is an internal and external option so you can turn off the internal and external missed calls notification on a per user basis.

Well, actually that's not exactly what I'm looking for...
I'd rather want to know how to set the indicator light to just flash till one pushed it one single time, without having to view & delete all lists separately. Sorry if I didn't make it clear enough.

Sorry I misunderstood your post. There is no way to accomplish what you've asked that I know of.

I know there is an option under each missed call directory to delete all, but no purge all missed calls with a single button.
