4645 Voicemail to Email

Hi Experts

I am looking for steps to configure 4645 voicemail to email.. Custmer is using MS Outlook, is it possible to forward all incoming voicemail messages to customer email inbox? I am having OXE 12.0

If you have IMAP license then yes. Otherwise no option

I have IMAP license.... but when I go to swinst to enable IMAP server, it give me error that server is not running..how to overcome it?

Your imap server is you VM not system!

I am getting below error when i try to update CPU information in swinst > Expert > IMAP Server Management

Imapd service cannot run on this CPU

Press Return Key To Continue

this option in swinst menu is only for usage with 4635 voicemail (only needed when many imap users must connect and it can be enabled only in a seperate installation - not on an active callserver.)
for 4645 the imap right has to give to users in the 4645 Class of Service Parameters.
thats the only thing to do...
better read the docs. i think it is all written down there...

I tried that by enabling IMAP in COS and then adding IMAP account in outlook, didnt worked.

try testing imap port 143 with a telnet client (google is your friend, how to do this.)

Also check port 143 is listening at your OXE
