Extended Absent Message

Hi,

can we disable the system prompt after an extended absence greeting message (the one which offers the caller the possibility to reach another mailbox)? We have already enabled the option "Extended absence greeting blocks message" and also set the caller prompting to 3 but without success. We only want the system to play the message recorded by the user and then disconnect the call. Is this possible?
The system is a 4635 of course...

I have same trouble. Did anybody resolve that issue?
