Can't listen some lenguages

Hi all,

I am working with an OXE (common HW) with R11.1 l1.301.31a. I configured System lenguages (display + VG) and also 4645 lenguages as i usally do but VM voice guides are not working for some lenguages. This means that when i set up a particular lenguage ID for the phone the VM voice guides do not playback and i hear english VG which is the default.

I have already check incidents and the evavg are download correctly.

The particular problem is with Spanish (Latin America) and Portuguese (Brazil). The other lenguages (English, French and German) are working correctly,

What can be happening? What can I check?

This should be sufficient, isnt it?

183 4645 additional language = 4

As far as I know the specific languages are not licensed. What I mean is that for 4645 languages you dont need a specific licenses pointing to english, spanish, french, etc. Am I correct?

yes, i think so.

have you tried to set language no. 4 in system to "Portuguese (Brazil)"?

Changing the language un system to Spanish (America) and Portuguese (Brazil) solved it. That was missing!
