4635 AA - Dial by Name Directory

Is there a way to exclude a user from the dial by name directory on 4635 voicemail Auto Attendant?
I've tried setting the "Can be dialed by name" setting in 4760 to No.
I've created a new 4635 COS and set the dial by name to No. and assigned the user to the new COS.
I tried changing the users last name to ~~Lastname and ~~Firstname
