I have a hotel customer.
After check in if anyone leaves msg to the guest it plays you have a voicemail to consult press 5 but it has been consulted but still everytime when guest picks the handset it plays the above msg.
Either they not consulted properly or you have to consult all the voicemail and give a try what is the parameter option is set in Hotel application in oxe
Checkout if voice message = True ?
Or old non-consulted voice messages are still there
Whatsoever i tried leaving a voice msg on guest phone and i retrieved the same msg through the phone but whenever i receive the handset it says you have a msg.
