Volume level changing rapidly for vmail announcement in 80x8 Speakers

Can anybody faced the issue with voicemail when you press the voice mail key then during the vmail announcement the volume is not stable

Any suggestion on this please

Upgrade it to the 11.2.2(33) latest version and change the following parameters ,

system params /compress params/ voice comp bds=true & voice activity detect also true......,

But i have release 11.1 i dont have ops to upload to release 11.2.2 (33)

To upgrade from one release to other release we need new license ?

Ask your commercial guy. Depends really. You are not upgrading release, just patch

Volume not stable - for all phones? In hands free mode or in handset?
If your PBX - new system - do you have SPS contract? Ask support from your supplier.

Use handset. May be set in noisy environment.
