Upgrade to 5.6.5

Hello,
I'm trying to upgrade voicemail software A4635H (VPM35 board) from 5.4.9 to 5.6.5. For this I have connected to LAN switch and v24 console.
In startup process vpm board I tried to hit <DEL> to enter Bios setup but unsuccessfully, the system does not respond to input DEL key and continue to boot.
Is any other ways to upgrade A4635H system?

Maybe your terminal settings do not fit to the console.
Have you tried with backspace or CTRL H

i had the same Problem, and finally used the good old hyperterminal...

I have installed SecureCRT and upgraded voicemail to 5.6.5 version successfully.
