4635 do not create voice mail for Guests

Hi,

Im facing a big issue on an OXE R8 in Hotel mode- 4635 is working for admin users but for guests.

When doing check-in the parameters for vmail is changing but it is not creating the voice mail in the 4635.

Have someone ever face this problem and can help me.

Detail your configuration and the way in which you assign VM to a room: AHL, hotmenu, manual?
Did you try to see if using hotmenu or manual from mgr you have same problem?

Have you entered the guest Voicemail MCDU under hotel????

I have done the creation by checking a guest through both hotmenu and AHL link.

But when i look at the mailbox in the 4635 console, it says it is not a valid mailbox.

I have put voice mail in MDCU under hotel.
