Find Me in AVST

I am attempting to set up a find-me feature in AVST Call Express. This will be similar to to the find-me feature in Avaya Modular Messaging where the system prompts the caller to to record their name, then the system calls a pre-defined list of numbers, and announces the call. It gives the user the option to take, or reject the call.

I have been able to get the call to happen, but have had no luck getting the system to prompt the caller to record their name to announce to the user.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

This feature is available through the Seneca line of AVST. Find/Follow can be done in CallXpress, but it is rudimentary and requires using ESP and Call Processors and would have to be maintained by the admin of the systems.
