"An operator is not available" voice prompt played

Post by alaint73 »

I have OXE release 8.01
and callXpress 7.9 integrated to OXE thru SIP.
the zero out option works well when the personal operator os left blank.
but when I put a number to allow a caller to press 0 during the subscriber’s personal greeting if the line is busy or ring-no-answer . I always have the message: "An operator is not available"

Any idea what is wrong?

I can think of two possibilities. First it could be the natural thing to occur for a call that does not have a greeting in the CallXpress or if the call is routed to the bust station the CallXpress will tell the caller an operator is busy but then will allow to leave a message. Second it could b the CallXpress parser file. If the call type goes to the CallXpress with an unknow call type it will play the default message.
