Hi

I installed My teamwork, it is running, I could create four users for test. AMDS is working and I can use it.
In the lab, there is an OXE with some extensions.
In this case, I need a little help. Is there an integration with VoIP between OXE and the server I can use? What is this goal?

You can start by reading the installation guide. OXE is used so TW users can reach external parties and also allowing external parties to join a TW conference via voice.

Yes, I am reading installation guide. There are four guides opened here .
The doubt is:

I have my analog extension on OXE, my coworker has it too. Can MyTeamwork stablish a call between them? These things aren't clear for me yet. Or does an user on MTW have its own extension on that one?

No, you can use them. On TW create the SIP Proxy configured against OXE and then create a Dial Plan. Now on your TW user register your extension number so TW knows which is your extension number on OXE.

OK,but at the OXE side, what does the OXE use to talk to TW?

TW will register as external voice mails on OXE, therefore you will see at least 1 sip user registered on OXE.

OK, I need to check this. I downloaded a TC that has something about external voice mail. But I didn't have time to set it.
Let's see what happens. It isn't too easy as I thought. But no problem.

Do net get confused with the external VM and confuse other people who will read this thread later.
You do not need "TC that has something about external voice mail". MyTW is only configured as external mail . But it has nothing to do with the external Voice mail like 8440 from ALU.
You need only "OmniTouch™ 8660 My Teamwork (for OmniTouch 8460 ACS X.Y) Conferencing and Collaboration Site Preparation Guide" for succesfull setup with any PABX. There you have all required configuration on OXE side. Get it from BPWS KB for your SW version.
