My Extension not running.

Hello!
I'm having a problem to open "my extensions" in outlook 2007 OS win7, wend start outlook i receive this massage: "Due to a connection problem with the server, the omnitouch 8400 ICS extensions are unavailable"
I can connect to de server, telnet "server" 3595 or telnet "server" 443 or telnet "server" 80 with no error.

Enable the traces and see what is the error. Be sure reverse DNS is working on that computer as well

Check with nslookup if your otuc is resolve forward and reverse. name to ip and ip to name
